Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and there is no representation for the respondent decree holder. 2.

The present request forwarded by the learned counsel for the petitioner is one enabling him to make the payment of the balance EP amount in installments. The petitioner shall pay the balance decree amount in five equal monthly installments commencing from 27.07.2015. Till then, the operation of the impugned order will stand stayed. In case of default of any of the instalments, the E.P. proceedings will continue.
