O R D E R

When this matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner has prayed for granting permission to withdraw this petition. Suffice it to say that, having gone through the order impugned, I do not find any reason to hold that the order impugned is not legal, proper or correct, warranting interference by this Court.

In the result, this revision petition stands dismissed as not pressed. However, I make it clear that the dismissal of this revision petition will not preclude the revision petitioner from seeking all other remedies available to him under law.
