O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction for expeditious consideration and disposal of a claim made by him under Section 451 Cr.P.C before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court - II, Palakkad. Now there is report by the learned Magistrate that the petitioner's claim petition, along with two other rival claims, stands disposed of on 16.12.2014. The report is recorded, and the Crl.M.C is closed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to seek appropriate relief, if he is in any manner aggrieved by the order of the court.
