The petitioner is permitted to pay off the decree debt in eight equal monthly instalments on the basis of Ext.A2 calculation statement produced and marked in the impugned order. The first instalment shall commence from 16.06.2015. The execution proceedings shall stand stayed till then. In the event of default of any of the instalments, the execution proceedings will continue.

OP(Civil) is disposed of as above.
