O R D E R
Heard.
2. Vide order dated 11.11.2014, the Family Court, Thrissur has ordered the petitioner herein to deposit an amount of 50,000/- before the court by way of a portion of ₹ the arrears of maintenance to the respondents. The said order was passed in MP 93/2012 in MC 435/2010. The court below has ordered to deposit the amount within one month from the date of the said order. According to the petitioner, on account of financial stringency and other difficulties, he could not raise the amount and deposit the amount within time as ordered by the court below.
3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit the amount before the court below on 02.02.2015. In modification to the impugned order passed by the court below, the petitioner is permitted to deposit the said amount of 50,000/- on 02.02.2015. On such deposit on 02.02.2015 ₹
