Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

On hearing either side, it has come out that the court below can be directed to dispose of O.S.No.157 of 2012, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, quite untrammeled by any of the observations made by the court below in the IA as well as the appellate court in the CMA. Till then, the parties shall maintain the status quo.
