O R D E R

Parties have entered into a compromise and a compromise petition as I.A.No.68/2015 has been filed containing the terms.

2. After having gone through the terms of compromise, this Court finds no reason to reject the same.

3. This petition is allowed. The impugned order is set aside and the following order is passed:

"1.

The 3rd respondent is not intending to proceed further with the order in AA No.31/2012 of Appellate Authority (LR) Thrissur and the parties are bound by the order of the Land Tribunal Ottapalam in SM 383/2008 dated 25.5.2012. The challenge made by the 3rd respondent against the order in SM 383/2008 dated 25.5.2012 in AA 31/2012 is hereby withdrawn and the 3rd respondent has no objection in allowing the CRP by setting aside the order in AA 31/2012 dated 17/5/2013.

The parties agree that they have no further dispute with regard to the property and all disputes are hereby settled".
