ORDER

Sri.S.Rajeev, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer for a direction that the petitioner's bail application may be directed to be considered by the Jurisdictional Magistrate concerned on the same day of his surrender before that Court. After having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor and after considering the facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered in the interest of justice that in the event of the petitioner surrendering before the Jurisdictional Magistrate concerned without any further delay, the Jurisdictional Magistrate shall consider the application for bail submitted by the petitioner on the same day itself by taking into account the facts and circumstances of the case and in accordance with law.

With these observations and directions, the Crl.M.C. stands disposed of.
