O R D E R

This is a petition seeking indulgence of this Court to enable the petitioner to surrender before the court below before and to direct consideration of his regular bail application on the same day itself.

A non bailable warrant is issued against the petitioner and he apprehends that since the non bailable warrant is pending against him or stands before court he will be remanded to judicial custody.

On considering the grievance voiced by the petitioner, this Court feel that this petition can be disposed of with a direction to keep in abeyance coercive steps for a period of 10 days to enable the petitioner to surrender before the court concerned and if he moves an application for bail that shall be considered if possible, on the same day itself by the court concerned.
