O R D E R

All these CRPs are filed challenging the judgments passed in CMA Nos.33, 34, 31 and 32 of 2012 respectively of the Additional District Court, Tirur. All those CMAs were allowed in favour of the petitioner, by ordering payment of costs. That part of the judgment, by which cost is imposed, is under challenge.

Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioners. On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and after perusing the judgments and records, this Court does not find anything to interfere with the matter. It seems that the time prescribed for the payment of cost is over. The petitioners shall pay the cost as ordered by the

CRP Nos.289 of 2015 & con. cases -: 2 :- appellate court in the judgment of the CMAs, within 15 days from today. In such case, it will be treated as payment within the prescribed time.
