The petitioner is permitted to pay off the decree debt in instalments. As the first instalment, the petitioner has to deposit an amount of `1 lakh on or before 14.07.2015 before the Court below. The balance amount shall be paid in ten equal monthly instalments commencing from 17.08.2015. In case of default of any of the instalments, the execution proceedings will continue. C.R.P. is disposed of as above.
