O R D E R
Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. Even though notice has been served on the respondent, there is no appearance for the respondent.

On hearing the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that the petitioner can be permitted to pay off the EP amount by making the payment at the rate of ₹15,000/- per month and the first installment shall commence from 7-9-2015.

In fact the impugned order is not liable to be interfered with, as it does not suffer from any illegality, irregularity or impropriety. The order shall survive and the
CRP 385 of 2015 -: 2 :- execution of the warrant shall stand stayed till the final payment as aforesaid is made. In case of default of any of the instalments, the order of stay will cease to exist and the warrant can be executed.
