The matter has been referred for mediation. Mediation was successful and the parties have entered into a Mediation Settlement Agreement, which has been produced before this Court. All the terms contained in the Mediation Settlement Agreement are legal and the same can be accepted. Accordingly, this CRP is disposed of in terms of the Mediation Settlement Agreement, which forms part of this order.

O.S.No.59 of 2015 of the II additional Subordinate Judge's Court, Thiruvananthapuram stands settled in view of the Mediation Settlement Agreement and
C.R.P. No. 461 of 2015 -: 2 :- the said suit is decreed in terms of the Mediation Settlement Agreement. The plaintiffs are entitled to get full refund of the court fee paid. On payment, as per the terms of the settlement agreement, the attachment ordered by the court below shall stand lifted. The plaintiffs shall produce a copy of the Mediation Settlement Agreement, along with a certified copy of this order, before the court below so that the same shall be appended with the decree.
