2. The production of solvency certificate by the surety is dispensed with and the surety is permitted to produce the certified copy of his title deed along with necessary documents for proving his identity. If such a certified copy of the document along with a copy of his proof of identity is produced before the court below, the court below shall dispense with the production of the solvency certificate. With the said observations, this Crl.M.C. is disposed of.
