The offences involved in this case are all bailable offences and there is no reason to believe that the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-II, Mavelikkara will not apply its mind when the petitioner moves an application for bail. In case the petitioner moves an application for bail before the court concerned, he shall be released on bail on such conditions as it deems fit.

This petition is disposed of.
