Sri.Renju B L, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that though two registered letters had been sent to the revision petitioner, no reply is being received so far and as such, the learned counsel has no instruction to proceed with the above matter, which was filed against the concurrent findings of the court below. The above submission is recorded.

In the light of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the above revision petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
