O R D E R

At the time when the matter was taken up for admission, learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the petitioner is willing to pay the entire decree debt in ten equal monthly instalments and therefore execution proceedings may be kept in abeyance.

2. After having given anxious consideration to various aspects, in the light of the fact that the petitioner has expressed her willingness, readiness and preparedness to pay the decree debt in ten equal monthly instalments, it is felt that an opportunity ought to be given to the petitioner to do so. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of enabling the petitioner to pay the debt due to the respondent in ten equal monthly instalments, first of which shall be paid on or before 04.03.2015 and subsequent instalments shall be paid on or

C.R.P No.621/2014 before 10th of every succeeding month. It is made clear that if any one of the instalments is defaulted, execution proceedings can be continued.
