O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition can be disposed of on a very short ground.

An appeal to the preliminary decree was disposed of by recording the compromise which was earlier entered into by the parties. The R.F.A. was disposed of as follows: "In the result, this appeal is disposed of modifying the judgment and decree of the court of the First Additional Subordinate Judge of Thrissur, in terms of paragraphs 10 and 11 of the memorandum of understanding dated 21.02.2008. A copy of memorandum of understanding dated 21.2.2008 shall be appended to this judgment."

This C.R.P. is against the final decree proceedings. Now that the matter has been set at rest by the judgment in R.F.A. No. 328/2007, it is necessary to work out the compromise which has been reduced to a decree by this

C.R.P. No.630 of 2014 -2Court.

This petition is disposed of directing that final decree proceedings shall continue in terms of the compromise entered into between the parties and recorded in R.F.A.No. 328/2007.
