JUDGMENT

Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan,J.

The learned counsel on both sides say that the matter has been settled between the parties. They say that the impugned order need not be further enforced and that the properties covered thereby be released by the competent authority to the appropriate person identified as the heir of the late insolvent. We record that submission and close this appeal leaving it open to the parties to take appropriate steps before the court below or other authorities in terms of what is stated above.
