ORDER

When this matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has requested for withdrawing the petition. Suffice it to say that having gone through the order impugned, I find no reason to interfere with the order impugned.

In the result, this revision petition stands dismissed. However, I make it clear that the court below shall not be influenced by any of the observations made in the order impugned, while deciding the case.
