ORDER
When this matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner has submitted that this revision petition is not pressed.

Suffice it to say that, having gone through the relevant inputs, I am satisfied that the order impugned does not suffer from any illegality, impropriety or incorrectness, warranting interference by this Court.

The learned counsel for the revision petitioner has submitted that the revision petitioner is the principal of a college and hence the revision petitioner may be exempted from the personal appearance before the court below. 4.
Having regard to the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the court below is directed to grant exemption to the revision petitioner from his personal appearance before the court below, except on days when his
Crl. R.P. No.649 of 2015 -2presence is necessary, if the petitioner files an application before the court below in this regard. I make it clear that the court below shall dispose of the complaint in accordance with law untrammeled by the observations made in this order. In the result, this revision petition stands dismissed.
