ORDER

The petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Alathur directing him to pay maintenance to his wife at the rate of Rs.6,000/- per month, it has been confirmed by the Sessions Judge in Crl.Appeal No.364 of 2012. It is only an interim order. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

The original petition(M.C) was filed in 2011. Because of the appeal against the interim order the matter could not be disposed of finally. Learned counsel submitted that till the last month he used to pay the amount ordered by the learned Magistrate. In these circumstances, it is only proper that the learned Magistrate is directed to dispose of the petition within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No interference is called for in the impugned order.

In the result, this Crl.R.P is disposed of with a direction to the learned Magistrate to dispose of the M.C within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
