O R D E R

When this matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner has requested for withdrawing the revision petition. The order challenged in this revision petition is an interim order issued by the court below for the release of a vehicle, which is purely interlocutory in nature, attracting the bar under Section 397(2) Cr.P.C. Therefore, this revision petition is not maintainable.

In the said circumstances, this revision petition stands dismissed as not maintainable. However, I make it clear

Crl.R.P.1178/2015 that the dismissal of this revision petition will not preclude the revision petitioner from seeking all remedies available to him under law.
