O R D E R

When this matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner has prayed for permitting him to withdraw the petition.

2. The order challenged in this revision petition is an order passed by the court below under Section 311 Cr.P.C., which is interlocutory in nature as held by the Apex Court in Sethuraman v. Rajamanickam [2009(5) SCC 153]. In the result, this revision petition stands dismissed as not maintainable.

I make it clear that the dismissal of this revision

Crl.R.P.1201/2015 petition will not take away the rights of the revision petitioner from seeking any remedy available to him under law.
