ORDER

When this matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner has prayed for permitting him to withdraw this petition. Since the order challenged in this revision petition is the order passed by the court below under Sec. 451 Cr.P.C, dismissing the application filed by the petitioner praying for releasing his passport, which is purely interlocutory in nature attracting the bar under Section 397 (2) Cr.P.C., this revision petition is not maintainable.

In the result, this Revision Petition stands dismissed as not maintainable. However, the dismissal of this revision petition will not take away the rights of the revision petitioner from seeking all remedies available to him under law. Sd/-B. SUDHEENDRA KUMAR, JUDGE.
