ORDER
When this matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner has prayed for permitting him to withdraw this petition. The order challenged in this revision petition is the order passed by the court below under Sec. 451 Cr.P.C allowing the petitioner to receive the interim custody of vehicle bearing Reg. No. KL-18 2841 with some conditions. The said order is purely interlocutory in nature attracting the bar under Section 397 (2) Cr.P.C.
In the result, this Revision Petition stands dismissed as not maintainable. However, the dismissal of this Revision Petition will not take away the rights of the revision petitioner from seeking any remedy available to him under law. B. SUDHEENDRA KUMAR, JUDGE.
