ORDER

When this matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioners has prayed for granting permission to withdraw this Revision Petition. Suffice it to say that, having gone through the order impugned, I do not find any reason to hold that the order impugned suffers from any infirmity warranting interference by this Court.

In the result, this Revision Petition stands dismissed. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, including the submission of the learned counsel for the revision petitioners, I am of the view that the revisions petitioners are entitled to be granted exemption from personal appearance before the trial court on all posting dates except on days when their personal appearance is necessary. In the above circumstances, the court below is directed to grant exemption to the revision petitioners from personal appearance before the trial Court as mentioned above, if an application in this regard is filed by the revision petitioners before the court below.
