ORDER

When this matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner has prayed for permitting him to withdraw the revision petition. The order challenged in this revision petition is the order passed by the court below under Section 451 Cr.P.C., declining to release the vehicle to the interim custody of the revision petitioner, which is purely interlocutory in nature, attracting the bar under Section 397 (2) Cr.P.C.

Therefore, this revision petition is not maintainable.

In the result, this revision petition stands dismissed as not maintainable.
