When this matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner has prayed for granting permission to withdraw this revision petition. Permission as prayed for is granted. This Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

2. The order challenged in this Revision Petition is the order passed by the court below under Section 256 Cr.P.C. Therefore, in view of the provisions of Section 378 (4) of the Code, this Revision Petition is not maintainable. In the result, this Revision Petition stands dismissed as not maintainable.
