O R D E R

When this matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner has prayed for granting permission to withdraw this petition. Suffice it to say that no circumstance has been brought to my notice to indicate that the order issuing summons by the court below suffers from any infirmity warranting interference by this court.

In the result, this revision petition stands dismissed. However, this order will not take away the rights of the petitioner from raising all his contentions at the appropriate stage.
