JUDGMENT

Today, when this matter was taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the parties have entered into a compromise and the terms of the compromise arrived at in the mediation held at the Mediation Centre, Kasaragod on 14.10.2015 is before this Court. The parties prayed that the terms of the agreement arrived at in the mediation may be recorded and the F.A.O may be disposed of accordingly. In the light of the submissions made by the learned counsel on both sides, it will be proper that this Court accept the proposal.

This F.A.O is disposed of accepting the agreement entered into between the parties in the Mediation Centre at Kasaragod which is produced before this Court. It is directed that the suit shall be deemed to have been dismissed on the basis of the agreement entered into between the parties. The agreement shall form part of the judgment.
