O R D E R

When this matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner has prayed for granting permission to withdraw the revision petition. Suffice it to say that having gone through the court charge along with the records, I do not find any reason to hold that the order framing charge suffers from any illegality, impropriety or incorrectness warranting interference by this Court.

In the result, this revision petition stands dismissed. However, the court below is directed to dispose of C.C.

Crl.R.P.1217/2014 : 2 :

No.480 of 2011 and C.C. No.590 of 2010 as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
