Having heard the learned standing counsel for the Travancore Devaswom Board, we are satisfied that permission as sought for can be granted, having regard to the proposal to buy vehicles under the DGS&D rate contract. Taking into consideration the materials produced and facts stated in the affidavit, permission as sought for is granted. The amount expended will be subjected to audit. The DBA is ordered accordingly.
