1. We have perused the materials on record and the Cochin Devaswom Board Report No.46 of 2015 submitted by the learned Ombudsman.

2. Service complete. No objection is raised by the Temple Advisory Committee to the Report of the learned Ombudsman. We grant permission as sought for and it is directed that the Temple Advisory Committee will not be entitled to contractor's profit or overhead charges and an extent of 15% will be deducted from the total estimate amount. Let the work be completed in a time bound manner as suggested in the petition. The total expenditure will be subjected to audit after completion of the work. Ordered accordingly.
