We have seen the report of the learned Ombudsman and the materials produced therewith. Let the work be awarded at the revised estimate of Rs.10,81,000/- to the contractor and the work can be ordered without fresh tenders being called. This is so ordered having regard to the urgency of the work. The work shall be carried out on a war footing and the officers of the Board shall ensure that the work is completed in the minimum possible time frame. The expenditure incurred will be subjected to audit after the work is completed.

This petition is ordered accordingly.
