It is submitted by the learned standing counsel for the Devaswom Board that an amount of Rs.18,00,000/- has been received from the Government as fund for renovation of temple tank and pond.

We have looked into materials and records and we are satisfied that permission as sought for can be granted. Hence, this D.B.P. is allowed in terms of the recommendations of the learned Ombudsman. The expenditure incurred will be subjected to audit after the work is completed.

This petition is ordered accordingly.
