We have perused the materials. We have seen the report of the learned Ombudsman. We agree with the learned Ombudsman that it is not advisable to recast the issue and reduce the expenses. We approve the stand taken by the Executive Engineer and accord sanction as sought for. The work shall be carried out and the expenditure shall be subjected to audit. The DBP is ordered accordingly.
