We have seen a copy of the proceedings of the Special Devaswom Commissioner produced along with memo dated 11.11.2015. On enquiry by us, the learned standing counsel for the Cochin Devaswom Board states that the decision referred to at serial No.3 in that order dated 11.09.2015 is the decision of the Special Devaswom Commissioner by which use of mobile phones inside the chuttambalam of all temples under the CDB has been banned. We record this submission as well. It is directed that the decision of the CDB as recorded herein shall be scrupulously given effect to. This DBP is ordered accordingly.
