Perused the petition and materials. We have also seen the report of the learned Ombudsman. We are in agreement with the learned Ombudsman's views, and we order this petition as sought for. We further direct that the Temple Advisory Committee will contribute 15% as agreed to by it before the learned Ombudsman. The work will be carried out on a war footing. The expenditure will be subjected to audit on completion.

This petition is ordered accordingly.
