Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan, J.

Perused the application and the materials. Heard. We have seen the CDB Report No.112/2015 of the learned Ombudsman.

2. We have noted that whatever is sought for now by the CDB is only in furtherance of the earlier orders passed by this Court in DBP No.65/2009 on 3/12/2009 and 18/3/2010 pursuant to the report Nos.157/2009 and 34/2010 filed by the learned Ombudsman. We are, therefore, of the view that the prayer, as sought for in this petition, can be granted in terms of what is stated by the learned Ombudsman. Hence, sanction is accorded in terms of the report of the learned Ombudsman. The work will be carried out as expeditiously as possible and the expenditure incurred will be subjected to the audit after the work is completed.
