ORDER
Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan, J.
Perused the application and the materials produced therewith. We have also examined the report of the learned Ombudsman. Local Fund Audit is justified in taking a stand that the Devaswom Board should take prompt action to receive the amounts from the Government for the Kavum Kulavum project and that the agreement is to be executed after the fund is transferred. The sanction as sought for is granted subject to the aforesaid term that the funds from the Government for the Kavum Kulavum project are obtained and only thereafter, the agreement be executed for the work. The work shall thereupon be carried out expeditiously and the expenditure incurred shall be subjected to audit. D.B.P is ordered accordingly.
