Perused TDB Report No.93 of 2015 and the petition. As mentioned in the report of the learned Ombudsman, the question of grant of sanction is relevant only for the Elamathil, since Sreekovil and Thidappally are exempted from the requirement to obtain sanction. Having perused the materials, we grant permission as sought for in terms of the recommendations of the learned Ombudsman. The work shall be completed as expeditiously as possible. The expenditure shall be subjected to audit. This DBP is ordered accordingly.
