We have perused the application and the materials therein. Having regard to the recommendations of the learned Ombudsman, we are of the view that the application can be allowed in terms of those recommendations, particularly when the Temple Advisory Committee has contributed 50% of the expenses. Hence, permission as sought for is granted in terms of the recommendations of the learned Ombudsman. The work shall be completed as expeditiously as possible.
