Perused the application and the materials produced therewith. We have also considered the report of the learned Ombudsman and have taken note of the fact that the Deputy Director of Local Fund Audit has not raised any objection. We are of the view that the construction is required for the purpose of the building and hence, the permission as sought for is granted. The work shall be completed at the earliest and the expenditure incurred shall be subjected to the audit after the work is over.

DBP ordered accordingly.
