Perused application and materials. We have also considered the report of the learned Ombudsman, placed as TDB Report No.143 of 2015. We are satisfied that the work for which the sanction is sought for is to be carried out as it is seen from the report of the learned Ombudsman. Hence, permission as sought for is granted and it is directed that the work shall be carried out at the earliest and in strict conformity as to whatever clarificatory comments have been made by the learned Ombudsman as well. The expenditure incurred for the work will be subjected to audit after the work is over. DBP ordered accordingly.
