Perused the application and the materials filed therewith. We have also seen TDB Report No.149 of 2015 by the learned Ombudsman. We note that no objections were raised before the learned Ombudsman. We are satisfied that the work for which the permission is sought for is to be carried out. In the result, this DBP is ordered, granting sanction as sought for and directing that the work shall be carried out as expeditiously as possible also taking note of the contents of the report of the learned Ombudsman.
