1. Perused the petition and the materials produced therewith. We have seen the report of the learned Ombudsman for Travancore and Cochin Devaswom Boards.

2. Recording the views of the Local Fund Audit, we are of the view that the permission sought for can be granted with the rider that the agreement will be entered into with the contractor after getting the approval of the authority concerned regarding the boundary of the Devaswom property. Permission is granted accordingly. Let the work be carried out at the earliest and the expenditure incurred shall be subjected to audit after the work is completed. DBP ordered accordingly.
