Perused the application and the materials produced therewith. We have also seen the report of the learned Ombudsman, which contains the views, including the objections raised by the Audit Department. We are of the view that the report of the learned Ombudsman can be accepted and approval, as sought for, can be granted, in the light of the report of the learned Ombudsman. Hence this application is allowed. The work shall be carried out as early as possible and the expenditure incurred shall be subjected to audit after the work is completed.

DBP ordered accordingly.
