Thottathil B.Radhakrishnan, J.

Read the TDB Report No.134 of 2015 of the learned Ombudsman. It is only a report in furtherance of the earlier proceedings of the learned Ombudsman. We have considered the contents of that report. In the light of the said report, following directions are issued:

1. The new Temple Advisory Committee shall receive the Fixed Deposit stated in paragraph 5(2) and keep the same in Fixed Deposit or to spend it only for unavoidable necessities after keeping proper accounts.

2. It would be open to the competent authority in Travancore Devaswom Board to take requisite decisions in the light of the different other aspects contained in TDB Report No.134 of 2015.
