1. Perused the application and the materials produced therewith. We have also seen the report of the learned Ombudsman for Travancore and Cochin Devaswom Boards. We are satisfied that the application is only to be allowed in the light of what has been reported by the learned Ombudsman.

2. In the result, this application is allowed, in terms of the report of the learned Ombudsman. The work shall be completed at the earliest and the expenditure incurred shall be subjected to audit upon completion of the work.

DBP ordered accordingly.
